Kinbridge ("we", "us", "our") is committed to handling personal information with care. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect from people who use our website or enquire about and participate in our programmes, how we use that data, and the rights available to individuals under applicable Thai personal data protection law.
Our programmes are educational in nature. We collect only the personal data needed to communicate with enquirers, administer programme enrolments, and improve our services. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

2.1 Information you provide directly
When you submit an enquiry form or contact us directly, we collect:
- Full name
- Email address
- Phone number (if provided)
- Any message content you choose to include
When you enrol in a programme, we may additionally collect the names of other participants in your household (where relevant to programme design) and your preferred communication language.
2.2 Information collected automatically
When you visit our website, we may collect standard technical data such as your IP address, browser type, referring pages, and session duration. This information is collected through analytics tools and is used only to understand general website usage patterns. It is not used to identify individuals.

3. Legal Basis and Purpose of Processing
We process personal data under the Thailand Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA). The legal bases we rely on are:
- Consent โ when you submit an enquiry form or accept optional communications
- Contract performance โ when processing is necessary to administer a programme you have enrolled in
- Legitimate interests โ for basic website analytics and internal administrative records, where those interests are not overridden by your rights
We use personal data to respond to enquiries, send programme information, administer enrolments, and communicate about session logistics. We do not use personal data for automated decision-making or profiling.
4. Data Retention
Enquiry data is retained for 12 months from the date of last contact if no enrolment occurs. Programme participant records are retained for 3 years after programme completion for administrative and reference purposes. After these periods, data is deleted or anonymised.
You may request earlier deletion at any time (see Section 7).
5. How We Share Data
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data. We may share data with:
- Service providers โ such as email platforms and website analytics providers, who process data on our behalf under appropriate data processing agreements
- Legal authorities โ where required by Thai law or court order
We do not share participant information discussed during sessions with any party outside Kinbridge.
6. Data Security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse, and unauthorised access. Enquiry data submitted via our website is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Access to stored personal data is restricted to staff with a need to use it.
In the event of a personal data breach that is likely to result in risk to individuals, we will notify affected parties and the relevant supervisory authority in accordance with applicable legal requirements.

Under the Thailand PDPA, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request erasure of your data, subject to our legal obligations
- Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing
- Object to processing based on legitimate interests
- Request restriction of processing in certain circumstances
- Lodge a complaint with the Office of the Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC) of Thailand
